Dollar near three-month low on Treasury buyback worries

Walmart to finally start accepting Apple Pay and Google Pay

US government lab is probing Chinese lidar for security vulnerabilities

Starcloud raises $250 million for orbital data centers as launch options dry up

Nvidia just showed that the harness, not the AI model, is now the real hero
Nvidia research published Friday argues that the software harness wrapped around an AI model matters more than the model itself for long-horizon agentic tasks. Using a custom harness called Agentic Variation Operators, which includes a supervisor component that redirects a stuck agent, researchers got Claude Opus 5 to score 100% on the ARC-AGI-3 benchmark, a set of instruction-free 2D games. Without the harness, Opus 5 scored just 30%, still the best raw result among tested models. OpenAI, whose models scored under 10% on the same benchmark, separately found tripling scores possible by tweaking harness settings, but never reached 100%. A revisit of remote Spectre attacks on Cloudflare Workers
Cloudflare has published new research revisiting its 2021 defenses against remote Spectre attacks on Cloudflare Workers, its serverless platform running untrusted JavaScript for tens of thousands of tenants.
