Inklede · Terms

The terms, in plain language.

Last revised June 1, 2026

These terms cover your use of Inklede, the personalized weekly newspaper delivered by email and published at this website. By subscribing or by reading the site, you agree to them. They are short because the arrangement is simple.

The service

Inklede sends subscribers one email a week linking to a personalized edition page, assembled from the subjects and weights each subscriber chose. The service is currently free. If that ever changes, existing subscribers will be told well in advance and nothing will be charged without explicit consent.

Your part

Subscribe with an email address you control, and keep your preferences honest to get a paper worth reading. Do not use the signup, preferences, or feedback endpoints to abuse the service, harvest data, or subscribe addresses that are not yours. We may remove subscriptions that bounce persistently or that we reasonably believe are abusive.

The content

Editions contain headlines, short summaries, and links to original reporting. Copyright in the underlying articles remains with their publishers; our summaries exist to help you decide what to read at the source. The selection, arrangement, and editorial text of each edition belong to Inklede. You are welcome to share links to public archive editions; please do not republish editions wholesale.

We choose sources with care, but we do not control them. A linked article is the responsibility of its publisher, and a summary is never a substitute for the original. Nothing in Inklede is investment, legal, or professional advice. Decisions you make on the strength of a Sunday morning read are your own.

No warranty

Inklede is provided as it stands. We work to be accurate, punctual, and available, and we do not guarantee any of the three. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, from a missed or delayed edition, or from the content of linked articles.

Leaving, and changes

You can unsubscribe at any moment with the one-click link in every email, and that is the end of it. We can likewise discontinue the service or these terms can change; if a change is material we will say so in an edition email before it takes effect. The revision date above always reflects the current version.
